Beta — placeholder policy, not final legal advice. Last updated June 13, 2026.
Ice Cream Incoming (ICIC) is intended only for adults age 18 and older. Children may not create accounts, and we do not knowingly allow child accounts. Parents and other adults are responsible for supervising children when using information from the app. During signup we collect your date of birth solely to confirm you are at least 18; it is protected by row-level security and is never shown to drivers or other users.
Account info (email, name), preferences (home address or coordinates, alert radius, quiet hours), and — for drivers who are On Route — live GPS location updates from their phone. We also store push notification tokens for users who opt in.
Customer location is used only to decide whether to alert you when an approved truck enters your selected range. Your exact location is never shown to drivers. Drivers' GPS coordinates are shared with nearby customers only while the driver is On Route, and stop being shared the moment they go Off Route.
If you enable push notifications we store a device-specific token so we can send alerts. You can turn push off at any time from your settings or your browser. Disabling push removes the token on next sync.
You can turn alerts off, change your radius, clear your saved address, disable push, or request account deletion at any time from your dashboard. Drivers can stop their route at any time, which immediately removes their truck from the public map.
We don't sell personal data. We don't share customer locations with drivers. We don't broadcast your home address to other users. Sensitive keys (such as push provider private keys) are never exposed in the app.
Use "Request account deletion" in your settings, or email us. We aim to remove your data within 30 days during beta.
