Ice Cream Incoming (ICIC) is intended only for adults age 18 and older. Children may not create accounts, and we do not knowingly allow child accounts. Parents and other adults are responsible for supervising children when acting on information from the app. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to use it lawfully and not to misrepresent your identity or location.
Drivers on Ice Cream Incoming (ICIC) are independent operators. Ice Cream Incoming (ICIC) is not responsible for the products they sell or for interactions between drivers and customers. Drivers must hold any licenses or permits required in their jurisdiction.
Truck locations are shared on a best-effort basis using the driver's phone GPS while they are On Route. Locations can be inaccurate, delayed, or stale. Availability of any particular truck is never guaranteed.
New drivers may receive a limited 14-day free trial before subscription billing becomes required. After the free trial, drivers must maintain an active $10/month subscription to continue going On Route and appearing on the customer map. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Always follow local safety rules. Do not approach moving vehicles. Adults should accompany children. We may suspend or remove drivers for misuse, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms during beta. Significant changes will be communicated in-app.
